Disaster Movie World is a low-frequency blog dedicated to disaster movies, from the classics of the genre to made-for-tv garbage. Why? Because terrible destruction on an epic scale is what cinema is all about. While the main focus is movie reviews, you’ll also find some news about upcoming films and the occasional article or director profile.
This site has been around since 2009. My name is Christer, but I go by the nickname Crippa. I work in digital media and have a background as an editor, journalist and (for a few fun years) film reviewer. Disaster movies are a (not very) guilty pleasure of mine.
